You may only use our site if you are at least Treasure 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account Bay information. You will be financially Casino accountable Resort for all uses of our site by you and anyone using Treasure your password and login information. You may only use our site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. You may Bay not use our site: Casino to make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, Resort defamatory, obscene, indecent, Treasure inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to Bay civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other Casino and Resort purpose that is unlawful Treasure or prohibited by these Terms.

Our agreements not only contain no provision barring any airline from making any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses Bay available through Casino any channel Resort it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will receive the indirect Treasure discount on the CRS booking fee agree Bay in return to make available on any fare they publish and make available to Casino the general public through any other channel. But that of course does not preclude them from offering Resort any fare through any other channel.
