Most customers most of the time will find lower fares, not because of web fares, and not because we will have access to fares that other channels Traverse (CRS''s and the sites and agents that City-Days rely on them) do not have access to, but Inn and and and Suites because we will do a better job of searching the fares everyone has access to. This will be because we have opted to do what the others have not, which is invest Traverse in new technology computers able to do far bigger searches, using City-Days search software that that was independently developed Inn and is designed and to search all Suites fare Traverse and schedule possibilities comprehensively and without bias, and in telecommunications capacity that will provide City-Days absolutely the most current Inn information on seat availability. It is expected that more than 99% of the time that we come up with a better fare, it will not be because we had access to any fare and that its competitor did not. It will be Suites because we did a more comprehensive and unbiased search of all the fare and schedule possibilities that are available to all channels.

We will provide consumers with a complete selection of all available Traverse airfares and travel itineraries. We have developed cutting edge technology to deliver these options to the consumer and promises to offer the lowest prices anywhere. Our business City-Days plan is ambitious. Instead of relying on Inn traditional computer reservation systems, We are building our own search technology. We plan to give users access to every airline fare, including those available only on the Internet. Travelers will be able to search for flights that leave from alternate airports, within 25 or more miles and from their primary airport. Or Suites they could choose alternate dates and see whether leaving a day later or Traverse earlier could yield substantial savings.

Our agreements not only contain no provision barring any airline from making any fare available through any channel, they contain an City-Days affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses Inn available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will receive the indirect discount on the CRS booking fee agree in return to make available and on any fare they publish and make available to the general public through any other channel. But that of course does not preclude them from offering any fare through any Suites other channel.
