You may only use our site if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You are responsible for maintaining Toledo the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable for all West uses of our site by you and anyone using Knights your password and login information. You may only use our site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. You Inn and Toledo may not use our site: to make any false, fraudulent West or speculative reservation or any reservation Knights in anticipation Inn of demand; to post or transmit Toledo any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or West encourage conduct that Knights would be considered a criminal offense, Inn give Toledo and West and Knights rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or Inn for any Toledo other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

Our agreements not only contain no provision barring West any airline from making any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it Knights explicit that no airline is prevented Inn and Toledo and West from making any fare it chooses available through any channel Knights it chooses. Our agreement Inn contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that Toledo will receive the indirect discount on the CRS booking fee agree in return to make available on any fare they publish and West make available to the general public through Knights any other Inn channel. But that of course does not preclude them from offering any fare through any other channel.
