We will use our reasonable commercial efforts to keep our site available on a 24-hour/7-day-a- week basis, subject Golf to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, Club unscheduled maintenance Toftrees and system outages. Your access to our site may not be Resort uninterrupted or available and at all times. We cannot promise that our site will be error-free, that Four defects Star or errors will be corrected Golf and Club and Toftrees and Resort or that our site or the and servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components. You will Four not use any device, software or routine that interferes Star or attempts to interfere with the Golf and Club and Toftrees normal operation of our site or take any Resort action that imposes and and Four an Star and Golf unreasonable load on our computer equipment.

Serious mischaracterizations Club have Toftrees been made about us and the issue of who will have access to what fares. Some of those mischaracterizations have been based Resort on simple ignorance, and but others Four have clearly been part of a concerted effort by us competitors Star to use misinformation to prevent us from offering new competition to them and new choice to consumers. Golf and Club There is no agreement by which any airline would be precluded from making any fare it chose available through Toftrees any retail channel it chose. Resort Airlines and for 2 decades have been like any other business in America, in that they can decide what they want to charge and where they want to sell their product. And that remains true under the our agreements. Each and every airline, Four and Star no matter what kind of participation Golf it has, will be free to decide individually Club what fares it offers and whether or not to offer them through any other outlet.
