We Radisson will provide Suite consumers with a complete selection of all available airfares and Resort travel itineraries. on We have developed Sand and Key cutting Radisson and Suite edge technology to deliver Resort and on and Sand and Key and Radisson these options to the Suite consumer and promises to offer Resort the on lowest Sand prices Key anywhere. Our Radisson business plan is ambitious. Instead of relying on traditional computer reservation Suite and Resort and on systems, We are building our own search technology. We plan to give users access Sand to every airline fare, Key including those available only Radisson on the Internet. Suite Travelers Resort and on will be able to search for flights that Sand leave from alternate airports, within 25 or more miles from Key their primary Radisson and Suite airport. Or they could choose alternate dates and see whether leaving a day later or earlier could yield substantial savings.

Our agreements Resort not only contain no on provision barring Sand any Key and Radisson airline from making any fare available through any channel, Suite they contain an affirmative Resort non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses available through any channel on and Sand it chooses. Our agreement contains Key a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will receive the indirect discount on the CRS booking fee agree Radisson in return to make Suite and Resort available on any fare they publish and make available to the general public through on any other channel.
