You may Hotel not use our site: to make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation Oceanfront or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to post or Radisson and Suite transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, Hotel pornographic Oceanfront or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage Radisson conduct that would be considered a criminal Suite offense, give rise to Hotel civil liability, or otherwise violate Oceanfront any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

Our agreements not only contain no provision Radisson barring Suite and Hotel any airline Oceanfront from making any fare Radisson available through any channel, they contain an affirmative Suite non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no airline Hotel is prevented from making any fare it Oceanfront chooses available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement Radisson contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will receive Suite the Hotel indirect discount on the CRS Oceanfront booking fee agree in return to make available on any fare they publish Radisson and make available to the Suite and Hotel general public through any other Oceanfront channel. But that of course does not preclude them from offering any fare through any other channel.
