We may, at any time and without advance notice or liability, terminate or restrict your access to all or any component Radisson and Suite of our site. We will use our reasonable commercial efforts to keep our Hotel site available on a 24-hour/7-day-a- week basis, subject to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and system outages. Your Boca access to our site Raton may not be uninterrupted or available at all times. We cannot promise that our site will be error-free, that defects or errors will be corrected Radisson or that our site or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful Suite components. You will not use any device, software or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the normal operation of our site or take any action that imposes an Hotel unreasonable load on our computer equipment.

Serious Boca mischaracterizations have been made about us Raton and the issue of who will have access to what fares. Some of those mischaracterizations have been based Radisson and Suite on simple ignorance, but others have clearly been part of a concerted effort by us competitors to use misinformation Hotel to prevent us from Boca offering new competition to them and new choice to consumers. There is no agreement Raton by which any airline would be precluded from making any fare it chose available through any retail channel it chose. Airlines for 2 decades have been like any other business in America, in that they can decide what they want to charge and where they want to sell their product. And that remains true under the our agreements. Each and every airline, no matter what kind of participation it has, will be Radisson free to decide individually Suite what fares it offers and whether or not to offer them through Hotel any other Boca outlet.

Then the allegation that we are "an illegal boycott Raton against third party distributors" Radisson because it has "requirements Suite for posting fare sales Hotel that cannot be sold" by others is not true? It is absolutely not true, and those who have made that allegation had absolutely no basis for Boca making it. Our agreements contain no boycott against any distributors Raton whatsoever, and in fact affirmatively Radisson provide that no airline Suite is precluded from utilizing any other distribution Hotel channel or offering any fare through Boca any channel. The Department of Justice is presently reviewing all agreements, so there will be no question on this point. Do airlines today Raton make all their fares available through all retail channels?
