You may only use our site if you are at least 18 years Radisson of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You are responsible Resort for maintaining the secrecy of your Parkway passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable Radisson for all uses of our site by you Resort and anyone using your password and login information. You may only use our site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. You may not use our site: Parkway to make any false, fraudulent Radisson or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, Resort libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, Parkway and Radisson inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material Resort and Parkway and Radisson and Resort that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that Parkway is unlawful or prohibited Radisson by these Terms.

Then the allegation that we are "an Resort illegal boycott against third party distributors" because it has "requirements for posting fare Parkway sales that cannot be sold" by others is not true? It is absolutely not true, and those who have made that allegation had absolutely no basis for making it. Our agreements contain Radisson no boycott against any distributors whatsoever, and in fact affirmatively provide that no airline is precluded from utilizing any other distribution channel or offering any fare Resort through any channel. The Department of Justice is presently reviewing Parkway all agreements, so there will be no question on this point. Do airlines today make all their fares available through all retail channels?
