Our Gateway agreements not Radisson only contain no provision barring any Inn Sanibel and Gateway and Radisson airline from making any fare available through any Inn channel, Sanibel they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that Gateway no airline is Radisson prevented from making Inn any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination Sanibel and Gateway clause by which those Radisson airlines Inn and Sanibel that will receive Gateway the indirect discount on the CRS booking Radisson fee agree in return Inn to make available on any fare they publish and make available Sanibel to the general public through any other channel. But that of course does not preclude them from offering Gateway any fare through any other channel.
