You may only use our Ayres site if you are at least Hotel 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You are responsible for maintaining Laguna the secrecy of your Woods passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and login information. Ayres and Hotel and Laguna You may only use our site to make Woods legitimate reservations or purchases. You may not use our site: to make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to Ayres and Hotel post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, Laguna defamatory, Woods obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any Ayres material Hotel that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered Laguna a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful Woods and Ayres or prohibited by these Terms.

Our Hotel agreements not only contain no Laguna provision barring any airline from making any fare available through any channel, Woods they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit Ayres and Hotel that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses available through Laguna any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will receive the indirect discount on the CRS booking fee Woods agree in return to make available on any fare they publish and make available to the general public through any other channel. But that of course does not preclude them from offering any fare through any other channel.
