It is absolutely clear that airlines do not have the ability to drive consumers Ayres-Country to channels which the airlines, rather Suites than consumers, prefer. If one or more airlines Diamond and Bar attempted to do so, the others would increase their market share by appealing to those same Ayres-Country consumers through the channel those consumers prefer. No Suites and Diamond and Bar and Ayres-Country airline can afford to turn its back on any subgroup of consumers. No airline Suites can afford to be anything other Diamond than Bar and Ayres-Country as competitive and as attractive as it can possibly Suites be through each channel to Diamond the consumers that prefer that Bar channel. This is a Ayres-Country reality that grows ultimately out of the fact that Suites the airline business is a very low margin business - any Diamond airline that lost Bar and Ayres-Country even a small group of passengers would be at risk Suites of swinging from profitable to money-losing in an instant. Airlines scrap Diamond for every last passenger because they Bar have to.

Our agreements not only contain no provision barring any airline from making any fare available Ayres-Country through any channel, Suites they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no airline Diamond and Bar and Ayres-Country is prevented from making any fare it chooses available through any channel Suites and Diamond it chooses. Our agreement Bar contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines Ayres-Country that will receive the indirect discount on the CRS Suites booking fee agree in return to make available on any fare they Diamond publish and make Bar available to the general public through Ayres-Country and Suites any other channel. But that of course does not preclude Diamond them from offering any fare Bar through any other channel.
