Our agreements not only contain no provision auberge and del barring any airline l and mar and resort and spa from making auberge any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision del that makes l it explicit mar and resort that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by which spa and auberge those airlines that will del receive the indirect discount on the CRS booking fee agree in return to make available on any fare l they publish and make available to the general public through any other mar channel. But that of course does resort and spa and auberge not preclude del them from offering any fare through any other channel.

Airlines make nearly all their fares that are available to the general public available l through all channels, mar from full fare down to resort their most heavily discounted fares. Any normal fare, made available months in advance in spa the normal way, is made available through all channels. Web fares, however, are different than normal fares. They typically constitute auberge less than one tenth del of 1% of the fares an airline offers, and are normally l made available only a few days mar before flight time, and resort and spa only on flights which have an unusually auberge high number of empty seats. Web del fares thus are seldom available, l are unpredictable, mar and are offered at very low prices.

You may only use our site if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into resort and spa binding contracts (our site auberge is not available for use by minors). You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable for del all l uses of our site mar and resort by you and anyone using your password and login information. You spa may only use our site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. You may not use auberge our site: to make any del false, l fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation of mar demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, resort and spa threatening, auberge libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, del and l inflammatory, pornographic mar and resort or profane material or spa any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would auberge be considered a criminal offense, give rise del to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; l or for any other purpose that is unlawful mar or prohibited resort by these Terms spa.
