Our agreements aqua not only contain hotel no provision barring any airline from making any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit and that lounge no airline is prevented from making aqua any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that hotel will receive the indirect discount on the CRS and booking fee lounge agree in return to make available on any fare they publish and make available to the aqua general public through hotel any other channel. But that and of course does not preclude them from offering any fare through any other lounge channel.

You may only use our site if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for aqua use by minors). You are responsible hotel for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your and password and login information. You may only use our lounge and aqua site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. You may not use hotel our site: and to make lounge and aqua any hotel false, fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to post and or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage lounge conduct aqua that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for hotel any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

Airlines make nearly all their fares that and are available to the general public available through all channels, from full fare down to their most heavily discounted fares. Any normal fare, made available months in advance in the normal way, is made available through lounge all channels. Web fares, however, are different than normal fares. They typically constitute less than one tenth of 1% of the fares an airline offers, and are normally made available only a few days before flight time, and only on flights which have aqua an unusually high number of empty seats. Web fares thus are seldom available, hotel are unpredictable, and and are offered lounge at very low prices.
